Position Summary

The Site GPS Lead is responsible for delivering the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Innovation, Performance, Trust, and Culture) though the execution of oneGPS and embed it into the GSC Site. This role leads the Transformation Team of Upper Merion GSC Site and is responsible for site Strategy and business change. The Transformation Team includes GPS, Project Management Office, and Strategy Deployment teams.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team (line report to the Site Director), the Site GPS Lead is accountable for Operational Excellence, Strategy Deployment, and Project Management.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Ensuring the day-to-day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the Innovation, Performance, Trust, and Culture (IPTC) goals.
  • oneGPS is used to develop the capability of all the Site personnel to implement day to day continuous improvement activities.
  • Coaching / training the Site teams, including SLT and Site Director in oneGPS.
  • The 'self-assessment' of the Site vs. the oneGPS Maturity matrices and the site to close any gaps.
  • Supporting the Regional GPS teams in any "Turnaround Deployment of GPS" within their site.
  • Leading overall site business performance processes.
  • Ensuring the annual Strategy Deployment process is executed and aligned to business and site priorities.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Green Belt certification required
  • Five years of manufacturing and/or supply chain experience
  • Leadership in change and transformation

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in running a department
  • Proven people skills to drive performance.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to adapt to site requirements
  • Project management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Digital transformation experience
