Systems Administrator

The Network Administrator is responsible for administering and supporting the company's core IT infrastructure. This includes VMware-based virtualization, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and backup and disaster recovery systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

System monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting
• Backup and replication oversight using Veeam
• Coordination with managed service providers for SD-WAN and firewall platforms
• Serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Supporting documentation, audit activities, and infrastructure improvements in coordination with IT leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be substituted for formal education
• Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory in an enterprise environment
• Experience supporting VMware based virtualization and Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID and Azure
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam preferred), Windows patching using WSUS, and core networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required
