As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. The Manager, Global Benefits & Compensation is responsible for the management, administration, and continuous improvement of Incora's global benefits, wellness, leave, and compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in delivering a competitive and compliant Total Rewards offering that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and attraction and retention of talent. Reporting into Total Rewards leadership, the role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure benefit and compensation programs are market-aligned, cost-effective, and well understood by employees. The position focuses on program execution, analysis, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to contribute to strategy development and future program evolution.
