Essential Job Functions: Possess strong analytical and technical skills to diagnosis and repair equipment issues. Maintains equipment daily with the highest operating standards to promote efficiency. Demonstrates knowledge and continued growth in understanding of production equipment and processes. Communicates well with leadership and manufacturing team to accomplish provided goals. This position is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment including, but not limited to mixers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, extruders, and filler equipment. Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas Skill & Qualification Requirements: Food Processing Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Must have experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, 1 - 2 years' experience preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and safety focused. Possess strong analytical and technical skills to diagnosis and repair equipment issues. Ability to solve problems and determine the root cause, implement corrective actions and make quick and appropriate decisions. Maintains equipment daily with the highest operating standards to promote efficiency. Demonstrates knowledge and continued growth in understanding of production equipment and processes. Thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight time schedules. Ability to work in a team environment and encourage optimal performance from all associates. Communicates well with leadership and manufacturing team to accomplish provided goals Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
