We are seeking a talented individual to play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing critical supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. In this impactful position, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes, directly shaping the future of our operational excellence and contributing to our continued success. **What You'll Do:** * Drive the development of innovative forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes.
* Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards, oversee daily replenishment operations, address replenishment inquiries, and monitor key inventory metrics.
* Lead and execute supply chain process improvement initiatives, identifying stakeholders and championing new processes to drive adoption and efficiency.
* Design and implement decision support tools and financial models to evaluate cost/benefit tradeoffs for inventory, analyze multi-tier distribution channels for optimal cost and service levels, and create forecasting tools for collaborative planning with suppliers.
* Research and integrate supply chain best practices, formulate strategies for business case development, and provide ongoing business analysis support to supply chain leadership.
* Contribute to replenishment activities, including the creation of new forecasting tools, inventory forecasting, and strategic replenishment planning. Collaborate with relevant teams on planning for promotions, price changes, and exit strategies. **Qualifications:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Proven experience in leading and evaluating supply chain activities such as inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes.
* Strong analytical skills for preparing reports, dashboards, and monitoring key inventory metrics.
* Experience managing process improvement projects, identifying stakeholders, and influencing adoption of new processes.
* Proficiency in developing decision support tools and financial models to analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs.
* Experience analyzing multi-tier distribution channels for cost and service level optimization.
* Ability to gather supply chain best practices and develop strategies for business case development.
