This position is responsible for enabling one or more cross-functional teams with Infrastructure and Operations to deliver high-quality outcomes predictably and at a sustainable pace. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices, and drives continuous improvement through transparency, metrics, and removal of impediments. Partners with leadership to support PI Planning and execution, manage dependencies and risks, and improve flow from intake through delivery to maximize value for customers and the business.

Position Compensation Range: $99,000.00 - $167,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI.
