You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing elevated, sustainable woven apparel, ensuring each piece reflects cultural relevance and brand identity while exceeding customer expectations.

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to drive the creative direction for men's woven apparel. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing fresh, trend-setting designs to life, collaborating with a passionate team to deliver exceptional product from concept to customer. Your keen eye for detail, strong point of view on emerging trends, and commitment to quality will be key to shaping our core collections.

**What You'll Do**

* Conduct in-depth research into global markets to identify new seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, and competitive inspiration, with a strong focus on woven categories like outerwear and shirting.

* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market competitors and current trends, translating these insights into innovative concepts and product opportunities.

* Develop compelling concepts and sketches for the core collection, effectively advocating for design ideas through presentations to internal leadership.

* Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with merchandising, production, technical design, sourcing teams, and marketing to ensure a seamless product journey from concept to store and online.

* Collaborate closely with production and technical design teams to create detailed tech packs and clearly communicate the vision behind fit and product design, ensuring high-quality execution and desired margin targets are met.

* Prepare sketches and design renderings for digital presentations, meticulously following up on each style throughout its development.

* Assemble and maintain presentation boards for internal and external meetings.

* Actively participate in weekly fittings, working alongside product development and technical teams to ensure all styles meet the highest standards.

* Collaborate with and lead others in key design and product initiatives, contributing to their successful implementation.

**Required Qualifications**

* Proven experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in men's woven categories.

* Demonstrated ability to research and translate global market trends into actionable design concepts.

* Proficiency in developing design concepts, sketches, and digital presentations.

* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

* Experience partnering with production and technical design teams on tech packs, fit, and quality control.

* Strong understanding of product development processes, including fabrics, silhouettes, and manufacturing techniques.
