Responsible for the support of Fleet Operations through the facilitation & timely processing of invoices, purchase card expense reports, uniform orders, & office supply requests. Contributes to the success of operations by assisting in general administrative tasks, including phone calls, time entry compliance & corrections, and other business area functions as needed. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written instructions
Ability to work with detailed quantitative data with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to examine information and apply logical thought processes
Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
Must have the ability to be a reliable team player
Good follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to work well with others.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work conscientiously and reliably with minimum supervision.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
