JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Immunology Learning Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and future-focused to join us in our Talent Acquisition & Learning team. This is a hybrid position based in our Atlanta, GA Offices. About the Role As the Immunology Learning Lead, you will own the endtoend US learning strategy for our immunology portfolio across launch and lifecycle phases. You will translate global asset strategies into USrelevant, capabilitybased learning roadmaps, anticipating evolving business needs and enabling launch readiness, execution excellence, and sustained performance. You will bring a strong bias for action, proactively identifying capability gaps and translating them into impactful learning solutions-often before business partners formally articulate the need. In this role, you will lead a team of learning professionals and serve as a key integrator across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global learning partners. Who You'll Work With You will work closely with US Medical, Commercial, Access, and Patient Evidence & Impact learning teams, as well as global asset learning partners. You will regularly engage with senior US brand, medical, and learning leaders, influencing outcomes in a highly matrixed environment-often without direct authority. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-$194,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
