The SharePoint Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions that enable secure collaboration, document management, and business workflows across TTI. This role serves as a handson technical resource, configuring and supporting SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services while ensuring solutions align with TTI security, compliance, and governance standards.

Our SharePoint Engineer:



  • Design, build, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, hubs, lists, and libraries to support business and operational needs.
  • Configure site architecture, navigation, metadata, permissions, and reusable templates in alignment with governance standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and support Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint to enable efficient business processes.
  • Implement document management, version control, and collaboration best practices across SharePoint environments.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Power BI, and related platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues related to access, permissions, performance, configuration, and usability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable SharePoint capabilities.
  • Apply TTI security, data protection, compliance, and governance requirements to all SharePoint solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, configurations, and enduser guidance to support consistency and adoption.
  • Support SharePoint enhancements, migrations, optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Three (3) to (5) or more years of experience supporting SharePoint environments (online or hybrid.)
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration, document management, or digital workplace platforms preferred.
