Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager who is strategic, collaborative, and results driven to join us in our Global Supply Chain team team, based in our UCB office in Atlanta, United States. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and up to 10% domestic/international travel.


About the role
You will play a key role in leading complex, crossfunctional programs that support strategic business priorities across supply chain operations to design our distribution network. You will provide structure, visibility, and leadership across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role focuses on strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable business outcomes.


Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with team members of market supply operations, business partners in global logistics, procurement, quality, supply chain excellence, digital technology, and project teams. You will collaborate across functions and with external partners to ensure alignment, enable confident decisionmaking, and support effective delivery of strategic initiatives.


What you'll do

  • Lead the realization and implementation of UCB's U.S. distribution network, translating strategy into execution that delivers resilient, scalable operations
  • Set program goals, governance, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sponsor expectations
  • Translate strategy into integrated delivery roadmaps, defining milestones, dependencies, and execution plans across multiple, interdependent initiatives
  • Manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, risks, and budget to ensure on-time and on-value outcomes
  • Work transversally across global and regional teams, partnering with specialized functions to enable alignment, clear decision-making, and effective delivery
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change, ensuring smooth transitions into operations across U.S. and global supply chain teams
  • Plan and manage program budgets, resources, and benefits, partnering closely with Finance and functional leaders to maximize value realization
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting, providing transparent, executive-ready insights to sponsors and governance forums
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional collaboration and facilitating timely, confident decisions
  • Strengthen delivery capabilities and organizational maturity, embedding best practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of project management experience with complex, crossfunctional programs and multiple workstreams
  • Strong leadership skills without direct authority across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and delivery performance
  • Clear, confident communication with senior leaders and partners
  • Experience driving continuous improvement in structured environments

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience project managing in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc
  • Supply chain experience, with a focus on distribution or logistics

The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $125,600-$164,900 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
