Now Hiring Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Elkhorn, WI

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Monday - Friday (TBD)

Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM Monday - Friday for the first few weeks.

Gear Up for the Job:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• 3-5 years of CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required
• Experience with CNC equipment and controls preferred
• Computer skills and forklift certification a plus

Your Daily Grind (The Good Kind)

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and auxiliary systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and servo issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Calibrate and align components to maintain precision, ensure compliance with safety standards (including LOTO), and track maintenance activity in the system.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring issues and support equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment and control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with PLC systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently or on a team.
