What It Takes to Get on the Line

• Manufacturing experience (assembly preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small parts (<1.5 inches in diameter)
• Basic math and measurement skills
• ITAR compliant
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving

• Perform pre-assembly operations and assemble parts accurately
• Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings
• Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run lead cutting machines
• Complete inspections and document work according to standards
• Liftupto 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods (10+ hours)
• Work independently while maintaining focus and precision
