• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and transfer electronic files into the designated department drives
• Clean up and restructure file systems for improved efficiency and accessibility
• Ensure documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and stored
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
