Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.



  • Associate degree in RF, Electronics, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a microwave lab or similar environment
  • Proven experience testing, tuning, calibrating, and troubleshooting RF/microwave components (waveguide and coaxial)
  • Hands-on experience with HP 8510 Network Analyzer, PNA, or similar equipment required
  • Strong understanding of RF theory (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test specifications
  • Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, interface gauges)
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn specialized test software (e.g., MMC iTune, IV CAD, IQSTAR)
  • Soldering skills and mechanical assembly experience preferred

Physical & Work Requirements



  • Clear close-up vision (within 20 inches) and ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to perform detailed, hands-on technical work for extended periods


Essential Responsibilities



  • Build precision electro-mechanical assemblies using engineering drawings, work instructions, and work orders
  • Perform RF testing including VSWR, insertion loss, and impedance measurements
  • Calibrate coaxial and waveguide components using network analyzers (e.g., HP 8510, PNA, VNA)
  • Inspect and verify finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and customer requirements
  • Complete detailed finishing work to meet quality and performance standards
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in accordance with quality systems
  • Identify and report non-conforming products; collaborate with Quality on corrective actions
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on assembly, testing, tuning, and calibration processes
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
