Location: Crisfield, MD

The Crisfield Housing Authority is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician for a full-time position to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on housing units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed. Inspect properties regularly to identify and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal tasks to keep the property clean and safe. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, or related field preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
