Corporate Actions & Income Processor

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Actions & Income Processor for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid 12+ month contract opportunity that requires 4 days per week on-site.

Pay Rate: $20.03

This role provides support in the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action and income-related custody and accounting processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating, processing, and maintaining corporate actions and dividends, as well as handling client inquiries and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action and income-related custody and accounting processing
• Process liability notices, and process and allocate dividend and interest payments
• Process class action suits
• Initiate, process, and maintain voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividends on products
• Support and complete basic client inquiries and requests
• Assist in reconciling client holdings versus agent holdings for corporate action transaction processing
• Ensure all relevant documentation and recordkeeping is maintained within event files
• Participate in client conversion, release, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• High School/secondary school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-1 years of total work experience
• Experience in financial services processing preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Flexible in shifts
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 2 years of total work experience preferred.
