The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Faculty Affairs. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and contributes to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency. This includes calendar management for the Vice-Chair of Faculty Affairs as well as other leaders as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support Faculty Affairs operational and strategic goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments.
  • Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation.
  • Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization.
  • Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide guidance, coordination, and support to other team members to promote alignment and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role (Radiology or clinical environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis to support program evaluation.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment with diverse constituents.
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and shift focus as priorities change.
  • Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience
Administrative or program support experience 3-5 years required

Full Time 8:30am to 5pm flexibility
1 remote day after 90 days of training
