As a Security Officer Patrol Driver - Gate House in Sturtevant, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor foot traffic, observe for policy violations, and assist with crowd management during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures.
• Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by reporting suspicious behavior, checking designated areas, and following post orders for alarms, deliveries, and restricted access points.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
