Manager of Project Management

What You'll Do:

The Manager of Project Management is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data center and environmental field service projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

*Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure and environmental service projects, including water treatment, wastewater handling, and waste disposal.

*Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

*Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field technicians to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

*Oversee field operations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

*Manage environmental compliance related to handling, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous materials.

*Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

*Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

*Review and approve project documentation including permits, manifests, reports, and closeout packages.

*Ensure quality control standards are met for all deliverables.

*Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

What You'll Need:

Education/Experience/Training/Certifications - Desired but not a Must

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

*Working knowledge of data center systems (cooling systems, water treatment, commissioning processes) is preferred.

*Experience with environmental services such as wastewater treatment, deep well injection, or industrial cleaning is a plus.

*Travel requirement may peak at 75%.
