• Provide support through collections and payment solutions
• Maintain accurate loan files and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Assist in daily branch operations, including leadership support

What You Bring

• 1+ year of customer service experience (collections preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• Comfort with basic math and computer systems
