Overview

The Graphic Designer will support the development of visual assets across digital and print channels. The Graphic Designer will help maintain brand consistency while producing engaging customer-focused designs that support marketing, product and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

    Assist in the design and production of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email visuals, presentations, brochures, flyers and in-branch collateral
  • Support brand consistency across all visual materials in accordance with Renasant Bank brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet brand and regulatory standards
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Make revisions and updates based on feedback
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries
  • Stay current on basic design trends while applying them appropriately within a financial services brand
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related degree preferred (or equivalent years of directly related experience will be considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years of job related experience
  • Experience working in a regulated or corporate environment (financial services a plus)
  • Experience in designing print and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Knowledge with basic motion graphics or social media formats
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
