SALARY RANGE $21.03 - $27.75WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Waukesha County's Department of Health & Human Services is recruiting for a talented Administrative Assistant. This position provides front desk reception and mailroom support for the Department of Health and Human Services at the Human Services Center building, as well as administrative support to the Economic Support Unit. This position includes processing incoming and outgoing mail, checking multifunction devices for documentation such as faxes, going on courier rounds to other County facilities, greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to and interacting with the public, as well as serving as a source of information for staff and the public. SPECIFIC DUTIES OF THE POSITION: The specific duties of the Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services (WCDHHS) Administrative Assistant include:
Hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Hours outside of scheduled 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM hours may be required. Ability to type 40 WPM.
