Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Systems Support Analyst - Supply Chain provides business systems, process, and analytical support for Supply Chain and the business areas it serves. This role acts as a key liaison between business users, portfolio and product leadership, and IT, ensuring that Supply Chain processes and business objectives are effectively supported through reliable systems, efficient processes, and actionable information. The Systems Support Analyst evaluates business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, recommends and helps implement improvements, and documents and manages system and process changes. The role also provides Level 1 and Level 2 system support and partners with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system usability. This position blends business analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support, with a strong emphasis on disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery for Supply Chain and its supported stakeholders. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems and Support. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop, maintain, and update "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process documentation for Supply Chain processes and owned business areas. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and simplification of system workflows, Supply Chain processes, and related procedures. * Collaborate with appropriate leaders and stakeholders to review, triage, and prioritize incoming requests and issues. * Partner with business customers to gather functional requirements, define clear and testable acceptance criteria, and support the development team in translating business needs into technical specifications. * Manage and maintain application configurations, including low-code/no-code configurations, reference data, and user preferences, in alignment with approvals from product leadership. * Work closely with IT and vendor teams to understand solution designs and ensure that business requirements are accurately represented in technical implementations. * Own the test case lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, execution, and traceability to business and functional requirements. * Perform solution testing and validation and/or coordinate testing with super users, determining the appropriate level of testing rigor based on change risk and impact. * Document test results, defects, and retest outcomes, and partner with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution. * Execute post-release production validation to confirm that new or changed functionality performs as intended. * Assist in preparing release notes and end-user communications related to system changes and enhancements. * Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, process documentation, and quick reference guides. * Support the execution of change management and training plans for system and process changes. * Schedule, prepare, and deliver training sessions for new functionality, process updates, and end-user onboarding. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Supply Chain systems by serving as an initial point of contact for end users, troubleshooting issues, reproducing reported problems, and ensuring accurate severity and priority assignment.
Education and Experience Requirement: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is preferred. A combination of experience and education related to functional design and implementation of computer systems and software implementations, Work Management, Enterprise Resource and SaaS systems with Procurement and Supply Chain Operations/Logistics experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience working as a team player, exhibiting strong communication skills, customer service, and a focus on process improvement is required. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: * Knowledge of relevant technology and tools used to implement computer systems. * Ability to review and improve business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions supported by data and analysis. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and the ability to interpret structured and unstructured data. * Ability to express complex business concepts in clear documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and training materials. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Constructive thinking to analyze, interpret, and evaluate data or issues and process them in an accurate and high quality manner. * Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes high stress environment, balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams, build relationships across functions, and provide high quality customer service to business partners. * Ability to resolve routine or standard problems to resolution, with limited guidance and direction. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred. * Ability to query data from various data sources (SQL) is preferred.
