AdOps Salesforce Process Analyst (GBS - Advertising Operations)
New York, NY (domestic travel may be needed 15%)

Documents and improves end-to-end ad operations workflows in a Salesforce environment, covering campaign setup, trafficking, QA, reporting, and billing.
Focus on standardization, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Create SOPs, process maps (Visio/LucidChart), and RACI
Analyze workflows and identify improvement/automation opportunities
Support QA, reporting, and data accuracy enhancements
Recommend improvements using Salesforce, FreeWheel (or similar ad tech)
Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes

Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years in ad operations/process management
Salesforce + FreeWheel (or similar ad tech) experience
Media/entertainment advertising background required
Strong process mapping and analytical skills
Willing to travel (~15%)
