What You Will Do: The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Nursing Administration staff including Float Nurses, Resource Nurses, and Constant Observers. Ensures high-quality patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizes workflows. Participates in strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and developing plans that align with the organization's strategic initiatives. Salary Range: Minimum 63.31/hour - Maximum 98.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
