Overview
A fast-growing ecommerce lifestyle brand is seeking a Paid Media & Growth Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of revenue growth. This is an opportunity to join an authentic, creative company with strong momentum, exciting brand developments ahead, and meaningful room to shape performance marketing strategy and execution. This role is designed as an initial part-time, 3-month engagement with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong paid media foundation, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for a collaborative, non-corporate leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and budget allocation across paid media channels, including Meta and Google, with additional exposure to channels such as Pinterest and Spotify.
Manage campaign performance against key KPIs including efficiency, return on ad spend, traffic quality, and revenue contribution.
Develop high-level paid media strategy and help build quarterly marketing roadmaps aligned to seasonal priorities and growth opportunities.
Analyze campaign, website, and customer behavior data using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and ecommerce reporting tools to identify actionable insights.
Evaluate ecommerce site performance, user experience, and conversion flow to recommend improvements that support stronger conversion rates and revenue growth.
Partner closely with internal creative stakeholders to identify testing opportunities, guide content iteration, and provide clear feedback informed by campaign performance.
Help organize and support influencer and UGC initiatives, including managing outreach workflows, coordinating creator activity, and identifying ways to improve paid performance of creator content.
Present findings, strategy recommendations, and performance insights in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders with varying levels of marketing expertise.
Contribute to broader ecommerce growth discussions, including revenue performance, customer retention opportunities, and scalable marketing systems.
Operate with a high level of autonomy, sound decision-making, and accountability in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially within Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of Google Ads and comfort navigating platform-level reporting and optimization.
Experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, or growth marketing environments.
Familiarity with Shopify and conversion rate optimization concepts.
Experience using GA4 and other marketing dashboards to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, high-growth setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business results.
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and making decisive calls in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling emerging consumer or ecommerce brands.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC workflows, or creator partnership platforms.
Experience building testing frameworks and repeatable paid growth systems.
Exposure to retention, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing strategy.
Ability to collaborate with and help guide junior or cross-functional creative partners.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45-$55 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
