This position will primarily focus on supporting Workday Benefit configuration, reporting, and/or integrations. The System Analyst will work closely with the Workday Benefit Administrator and other Benefits professionals to ensure that benefit data is accurate and that our employees have the best possible benefits experience! Working Conditions Work is generally performed in an office environment. A Hybrid telework (50% telework and 50% onsite/in the office) and alternate work schedules may be available after an initial training period. Tasks require manual dexterity of the hands and body to operate office equipment and to manage frequent interruptions, time pressures, varying work volumes, and multiple, complex, and unscheduled tasks.
