Role Overview:
Seeking a highly technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to lead 2 Agile teams focused on video playback platforms (ios & Android).
This role sits between engineering, ad services, and UI teams-driving delivery, troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile ceremonies & drive best practices
Manage cross-team communication & program delivery
Remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure timelines
Coordinate with engineering, product & business teams
Support video playback operations & issue resolution

Must-Have Skills:
5+ years as Agile PM/Scrum Master (complex systems)
Strong technical understanding (video/streaming preferred)
Experience managing multiple teams & stakeholders
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, G-Workspace, Slack
Strong communication, planning & delivery skills

Nice to Have:
Video playback / streaming experience
Ad tech exposure
Media/entertainment background
