High-Impact Behavioral Health ACT

At Telecare Corporation, we are seeking a mission-driven behavioral health leader to serve as Administrator for Telecare BHC Program. This is an opportunity to lead a recovery-focused behavioral health program serving individuals with serious mental illness, complex behavioral health needs, and forensic system involvement.

If you are passionate about community-based behavioral health, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) principles, forensic mental health, and recovery-oriented leadership - and you want the opportunity to lead meaningful systems-level work - this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on both individuals served and the teams supporting them.

This is more than an operations role. This is an opportunity to:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in a high-acuity community setting
  • Support individuals in rebuilding stability, independence, purpose, and community connection
  • Champion recovery-centered, trauma-informed, person-centered care
  • Strengthen partnerships with county stakeholders, justice-system partners, hospitals, and community agencies
  • Build an engaged workforce culture grounded in accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence
  • Shape program operations while influencing long-term outcomes for the community

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being actively present with staff, community partners, and program operations.
