Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Willing to learn and follow directions
• Able to wear full PPE for extended periods
• Prior manufacturing or labor experience is helpful but not required

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare metal parts for finishing work
• Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, old paint, and debris
• Prep surfaces using basic hand tools (scrapers, brushes, sandpaper, etc.)
• Apply protective coatings such as paint or similar finishes
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines carefully
• Inspect parts to make sure they are properly cleaned and ready for coating
• Work safely using required protective equipment (PPE)

Training & Work Progression

• Start in the blast booth full-time during training
• Gradually cross-train into painting and coating work
• Long-term goal: balanced mix of blasting and painting duties
• Work involves handling high-pressure blasting equipment and airflow resistance

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing setting with metal parts
• Loud, physically demanding environment
• Full protective gear required, including enclosed blasting suit with supplied air
• Not climate-controlled and requires physical endurance
