Primary City/State: John C Lincoln - 250 E Dunlap Ave Phoenix, AZ 85020Category: Patient ServicesShift: DayDepartment: Registration Admitting This position supports ER, Main admitting and OB admitting The position(s) require previous experience in a hospital registration position or experience in a medical office, insurance, banking or similar customer service experience. The Admitting Reps perform duties to admit patients to the hospital, including collecting information and deposits, completing forms, obtaining signatures, scanning ID cards/documents, and updating in our EMR system, to ensure all patients are efficiently and accurately registered. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: This position is a flat rate of $20hr. - Weekend differential is $.90 (Friday from 11pm - Sun 11:30pm) - Evening differential is $2.50hr (3pm-11pm - you must work 4hrs within that time frame to be eligible) - Night differential is $3.75hr (11pm-7:00am - you must work 4hrs within that time frame to be eligible) PER DIEM / ON CALL REQUIREMENTS: Schedule Varies; Hours and days may vary based on the needs of the department with call-outs, PTO requests, etc. The PRN staff are required to pick up 2 shifts per pay period (every 2 weeks) with each shift being a minimum of 8 hours in length. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: If hired, a mandatory requirement for all Patient Access employees is to sign up for ID.me profile. You must be willing and able to provide your full SSN and Photo identification for ID.me clearance to AZ Medicaid website. If offered a position, you must attend (3) weeks of mandatory training. - Week One: Systems training - Monday - Friday between the business hours of 8am - 5pm. - Week Two: On the floor training- Flexible and is dependent upon preceptor's schedule. - Week Three: On the floor training - Flexible and is dependent upon the preceptor's schedule.
