Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the candidate experience from offer acceptance through first day, ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks during the pre-boarding window. Generate, deliver, and track offer letters with accuracy and urgency. Initiate and monitor background checks, drug screens, and all pre-employment requirements. Own all candidate communication between offer acceptance and start date, proactive, consistent, and professional. Coordinate new hire paperwork including I-9s and all onboarding documentation. Partner with HR to ensure a seamless handoff at the point of onboarding. Track and report offer-to-start metrics and candidate status in iCIMS. Identify gaps in the offer-to-start process and bring forward solutions and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the Recruiting Operations Manager to build and refine standard operating procedures for the offer-to-start workflow. Min USD $22.00/Hr. Max USD $26.00/Hr. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and help create, develop, and implement process improvements. Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, candidates, and business partners. Must have proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally. Must be able to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information. Must be able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes. Must have extremely strong attention to detail. Other duties as assigned Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. High School diploma or GED equivalence required 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or recruiting operations. Experience in a candidate or customer-facing role. Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred.
