Job Type UnclassifiedDepartment Real EstateAbout the Position The Senior Property Management Specialist provides advanced technical support to the Maricopa County Real Estate Department (RED) - Infrastructure Property Management Division. This position is responsible for divestments of county and special district owned property.Work includes reviewing deeds, appraisals, leases, easements, agreements, patents, contracts, and other real estate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with County and District requirements. The incumbent also administers the divestment, leasing, licensing, permitting, and management of County and Flood Control District real property, ensuring proper utilization and protection of public assets. Additional duties include conducting land rights research in support of property management, and disposition activities for various County and District projects.
