Google Pixel operates as a challenger brand in a high-stakes, competitive market. To elevate global perception, we deliver disruptive, culture-shifting storytelling through "Pixel Drops"-high-velocity, high-volume campaigns across social and GTM platforms. Aquent Studios serves as the operational engine for these initiatives. We provide the production backbone and rigor required to navigate complex workflows, supporting Lead Producers in translating ambitious creative visions into polished, platform-ready content that breaks through the noise. We are currently looking for two types of Associate Producers to join this engine: a Logistics/Technical Specialist and an Advertising/Vendor Operations Specialist.
Impact & Responsibilities (The How)
- High-Velocity Production Support: Drive and assist in all production phases-from concepting and pre-pro through post-production-for short-form social video, motion graphics, and long-form film.
- Pipeline & Vendor Orchestration: Serve as a central point of contact for external production partners, editors, and VFX houses, ensuring external workstreams remain aligned with internal milestones and Pixel's velocity.
- End-to-End Asset Management: Maintain rigorous organization of high-volume creative assets, ensuring precise version control and seamless distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Timeline & Milestone Oversight: Proactively manage master production calendars and workback schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and pivoting resources before schedules are impacted.
- Cross-Functional (xFN) Integration: Partner with Creative Directors, Brand Leads, and Business Affairs to protect creative integrity while ensuring all deliverables meet product and legal requirements.
- Financial Stewardship: Support the financial health of projects by tracking production spend, managing the invoice lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Managed Service Deliverables (The What)
- Master Production Calendars: Up-to-the-minute schedules for all high-frequency social and digital "Drops."
- Asset Distribution Logs: Organized, version-controlled repositories and trackers for all film and digital deliverables.
- Vendor & Financial Reports: Regular updates on external partner progress, budget burn, and real-time invoice status.
- Project Documentation: Meeting recaps, decision logs, and approved brief repositories to ensure total xFN alignment.
Must-Have Expertise & Skills
- Modern Production Fluency: 5 -8 years of experience in a creative agency or brand studio or tech product companies, with deep knowledge of social-first workflows (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Technical Versatility: Deep understanding of modern workflows, including Figma and Motion Graphics (text/UX animation). Familiarity with AI video generation tools is a significant plus.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage complex spreadsheets and high-volume data without losing sight of the creative output. Experience with Google Workspace and other PM tools such as Asana,JIRA,Trello,Airtable etc.
- Agile Problem Solving: A "get it done" mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly when production variables change.
- Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to navigate complex feedback loops and present production solutions confidently.
Compensation Range: $100 -110K DOE The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. #LI-SP1
