Financial Accounting and Reporting Analyst - Hybrid Univ Acct & Fin Report Sponsorship for Work authorization is not available for this position. Job SummaryUnder general administrative direction, perform complex analytical and developmental work related to movable equipment processes and accounting, including year-end close activities. Provide functional support across University Accounting and Financial Reporting operations, and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures within assigned areas of responsibility. Operate effectively in a dynamic environment characterized by frequent interruptions and competing priorities, demonstrating strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Exercise sound judgment and maintain accuracy while working under pressure to ensure daily operational requirements are consistently met. Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree with a major in Accountancy or a related field AND two (2) years of professional-level accounting experience. OR OR Preferred:
Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5000 - Accounting Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 3/31/2026. Sponsorship for Work authorization is not available for this position. System Office jobs such as this one are not eligible for the Referral Program. The budgeted salary range for the position is $55,000 to $62,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
