CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Business Development Leader - California to help guide strategic growth for our Transportation Team in Temecula, CA. In this seniorlevel role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to transportation agencies and stakeholders, strengthening relationships, shaping pursuits, and positioning CHA to support critical mobility and infrastructure programs across the state. Salary Range: $275,000 - $325,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
