Join Us: Drive Opportunity as a Texas Business Development Leader - Support Sustainable Systems and Trusted Utility Partnerships Are you a technically knowledgeable and market savvy business development leader who excels at engaging utilities, municipalities, and public agencies on complex water and land development infrastructure needs? Do you bring a strategic mindset and the ability to position integrated water and land solutions that support regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and long term system resiliency? CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Texas Business Development Leader to lead strategic growth and expand our market presence across Texas. In this seniorlevel role, you will help expand CHA's presence across land development, water, wastewater, and stormwater markets by building trusted client relationships, shaping pursuits, and positioning multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical infrastructure programs that safeguard public health and the environment. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
