To thrive as an EH & S Foreperson, you must lead by prioritizing safety. You will influence others, take charge of compliance, and balance ecological, health, and safety needs with daily distribution operations. You'll play an essential role in building an environment in which safety is a core value and operational excellence is achieved through proactive leadership and accountability. The EH & S Foreperson leads all aspects of site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) efforts. They also coordinate the safe and productive daily operation of a regional distribution center. This role ensures compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations, while supervising warehouse operations, identifying and mitigating hazards, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance and employee engagement.
