As a Security Officer Badge Review in Flowery Branch, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a commercial real estate location, where you will help manage access, verify badges and/or credentials, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will remain visible, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and assist with routine security-related screening activities. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies within a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, screen visitors, deliveries, and/or personal property as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Complete routine documentation, maintain accurate screening and incident records, and communicate clearly with building management, employees, and/or public visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, and perimeter, as required by the location, while helping to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
