About the Role
Join us as the Senior Manager, Automation & Low-Code Solutions! You'll lead our company's automation delivery and guide our low-code platform, focusing on Microsoft Power Automate. This hands-on role means you'll be right in the action, driving automation strategies and working with teams across the company to create impactful business outcomes. You're Good At

• Leading automation strategies and aligning investments with business priorities.
• Guiding solution design for complex automations and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Managing a globally distributed team while fostering a culture of collaboration and improvement.
• Navigating stakeholder relationships to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities.
• Establishing governance models for enterprise automation and low-code platforms.

You Also Have

• 8+ years of experience in automation and low-code solutions, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform.
• A strong background in AI-enabled automation strategy and future technology assessment.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and platform risk management.
• Skills in process improvement and outcome tracking methodologies.
• A knack for effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, Automation & Low-Code Solutions is between $85,000 - $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
