About the Role
Are you a master organizer with a knack for turning chaos into seamless events? As our Senior Meetings Manager, you'll take the lead in orchestrating complex meetings and ensuring every detail is just right. You'll serve as the go-to expert, guiding both clients and your team to create successful and memorable experiences. Join us in shaping extraordinary events that leave a lasting impact!
You're Good At
- Planning and executing large scale meetings with precision and flair.
- Managing budgets and keeping financial controls in check.
- Building positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Leading high-stakes meeting planning calls and presentations.
- Proactively finding ways to improve processes and client engagement.
You Might Also Have
- A degree, preferably in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in meeting management, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience planning sales meetings, POAs and year beginning meetings are a must-have.
- Strong skills in customer service, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with Cvent, video conferencing tools, and the travel industry.
- A positive attitude and a flair for problem-solving amidst deadlines.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Meeting Manager is between $60,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
