WasteConnections is looking for a Lube/Fuel Tech to work at our Post OakLandfill in Luling,TX.Mechanicsinterested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. In this position you will be doingpreventative maintenanceand minor repairs on ourheavy equipment.Monday-Friday 6am-5pm shift with some occasional work outside those hours.This is an hourly position typically working 50-55 hours. We also offer great family benefits, 401k, paid vacation, UNIFORMS ResponsibilitiesInclude: FUELINGHEAVY EQUIPMENTAT THE LANDFILL DAILY GREASING AND CHECKING FLUIDS ON THEHEAVY EQUIPMENTDAILY Cleaning and maintaining Equipment Helpingmechanicson P/M services Requirements: At least1 year of work experience. Preferablyin amaintenance/mechanic type role This position is an outdoor working environment Must be able to climb up and down a ladder or climb up and down theheavy equipment Experience running equipment is a plus (forklift, lube truck ) Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
