The Labor Rates Analyst will support research and analysis related to labor rate requests for dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support labor rate requests specifically for
dealerships.
* Review and analyze repair orders with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
* Evaluate costs associated with repairs, including parts and labor.
* Understand flat rate time and warranty-like repairs.
* Conduct market research by reaching out to competitive repair facilities to benchmark labor charges.
* Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
* Automotive industry experience, particularly with repair orders and cost structures.
* Self- starter with ability to collaborate as a team
