Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced and wellrounded Senior Counsel to support the company's business operations at our Reston, VA headquarters. Reporting directly to Peraton's Chief Legal Officer, this role partners closely with corporate leadership and business sector teams to provide strategic legal guidance across the broad range of subject matters that arise in the daily operations of a government contractor. Areas of focus include government and commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, intellectual property, internal investigations, and litigation. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal counsel for assigned Peraton business sectors.

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
