Position summary Position summary The Safety & Quality Specialist supports key project management, data analysis, and coordination functions for designated Quality and Safety initiatives across the organization, with a particular focus on identifying and reducing disparities in care and outcomes through equity-focused quality improvement efforts. Under general direction, this role assists with project execution, maintains project documentation and tracking tools, and supports quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to advance equity-related operational goals. Demonstrated interest in or commitment to health equity, reducing disparities, or working with underserved populations is preferred. Prior coursework or experience in health equity-related initiatives is also a plus. Key responsibilities
