• Experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems; SAP experience preferred but not requir

Your Daily Tasks:

• Coordinate end-to-end shipping process including picking, staging, and loading outbound orders
• Generate and maintain shipping documentation using SAP and other computerized systems
• Verify shipment details including order numbers, destinations, and carrier assignments
• Manage dock scheduling and ensure efficient flow of inbound/outbound carriers
• Communicate with drivers, greet arrivals, and provide accurate pickup instructions
• Ensure safe shipping practices including dock locks, wheel chocks, and key control procedures
• Maintain daily shipping reports and prepare documentation for next-day shipments
• Support inventory location and retrieval of materials for shipment
• Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies to minimize errors and prevent expedites
• Support SOP compliance, training, and continuous improvement within the shipping team
• Maintain 5S organization standards and assist with warehouse efficiency initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure smooth logistics flow
