WellSky is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Referral Manager platform.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology and excited to solve complex referral and intake challenges facing postacute providers. In this role, you will define the strategy and product requirements that power a unified referral experience helping organizations respond faster, operate more efficiently, and grow their business.

You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and gotomarket teams to deliver capabilities that simplify referral workflows, improve visibility across the organization, and drive meaningful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and client experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
  • Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments.
  • Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan.
  • Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Management or Product Ownership.
