Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

No Shortcuts. Here's What It Takes.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck or forklift operating experience
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience required
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. and perform bending, standing, squatting, and ladder work for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Steel/composite toe shoes required
• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Stock incoming inventory, replenish flow racks, and pick customer orders using RF scanning equipment
• Break down incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists
• Move products throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations as needed
• Work overtime as required to support production demands
