Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) position based in Bedford, NH.

The Senior Analyst, RGM is responsible for supporting and optimizing Revenue Growth Management initiatives across pricing, promotions, and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer promotion and pricing performance, identifying opportunities to improve trade spend effectiveness, and leveraging ROI analysis to drive profitable growth. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Field Sales, and Sales Finance to develop data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives and support the company's overall growth strategy and values.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Support the development and execution of overall market strategies, including customer-specific everyday pricing and promotional strategies. Assist with Average Margin Per Sale (AMPS), merchandising and pricing initiatives, and net unit cost guidelines while sharing best practices across cross-functional teams including Customer Strategy & Planning, Field Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance.
  • Utilize elasticity-based modeling tools and data analytics to identify optimal pricing and promotional strategies for key brands, product categories, and customer accounts.
  • Leverage consumption trends, shopper insights, and category data to support Customer Strategy & Planning and Sales teams in executing effective customer strategies.
  • Analyze internal and external promotional activity, competitive pricing, and retail market trends to provide actionable insights that help shape pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Support event-level Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for key customer promotions and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and Field Sales teams to improve promotional effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance with pricing, promotional frequency and depth, trade spending, and net unit cost guidelines at the account and budget-holder level.
  • Assist in optimizing price pack architecture to balance affordability, profitability, and category growth opportunities, including identifying solutions that address evolving consumer needs and purchasing occasions.
  • Conduct ongoing profitability assessments and provide strategic recommendations focused on pricing and promotional optimization.
  • Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) cross-functional teams to support and facilitate monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reviews with Field Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with RGM and cross-functional partners to optimize promotional calendars and ensure alignment with broader business objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Degree concentration in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business development, category management, Revenue Growth Management, finance, or related areas required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and syndicated data/analytical tools required.
  • Experience with Circana, Nielsen, Customer Data Portals, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of pricing and promotional optimization through data analysis and modeling is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI preferred.
  • Understanding of Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, consumption/POS data, and forecasting tools preferred.
  • Ability to support the structuring and management of customer and category opportunities aligned to channel and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends and root causes, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and insights to a variety of stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to support business planning and implementation initiatives that maximize customer and category growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of competitive brands, products, manufacturers, and market dynamics, with the ability to contribute to short- and long-term strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate findings into actionable business-building insights and recommendations.
  • Experience developing, analyzing, and interpreting sales reports and business performance data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and implement effective action plans.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, engaging, and audience-focused presentations.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to adjust priorities, respond to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
